Cast in aluminum heater is mainly used for extrusion and casting molding machines. It has a wide application in various machinery industries. The operation temperature can reach up to 300°C (Aluminum). In order to concentrate the heat to one direction on the injection face, the other sides of the product are covered by heat retention and heat insulation materials. So it has advantages such as advanced technology, high heat retention, long lifetime, anti-pollution, etc.

There are three types of cast in aluminum heaters by DragonPower.
1. LK-ZL (without cooling channels and cooling effects)
2. LK-FZL (with air cooled metal jacket and air blower, more accurate control of temperature)
3. LK-SZL (with water cooling pipes, more accurate control of temperature)
Air cooling aluminum heaters are supplied with air cooling channel that guarantee long lifespan of heater itself, which offer a high quality and efficient method of heating and controlling extruders and molding machines, and have a wide application in various machinery industries. The air cooling channel of aluminum heaters provide high accuracy temperature control of +/- 2 degrees.
Water cooling aluminum heaters are supplied with seamless stainless steel cooling tubes that guarantee long lifespan of heater itself, which offer a high quality and efficient method of heating and controlling extruders and molding machines, and have a wide application in various machinery industries. The water cooling channel of aluminum heaters provide high accuracy temperature control of +/- 2 degrees.
